Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains your rights when you buy from Mobile Service & Accessories Ltd by phone. It complements your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. 14-day cancellation right

You may cancel a phone order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To cancel, call +448000664122 or email info@mobileserviceaccessoriesltd.site with your order details.

2. Returning the item

After cancelling, return the item within 14 days, in unused condition with all original packaging and accessories, to:

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service.

3. Refunds

We refund the full price you paid (including standard outbound delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used to order. If the value of the item is reduced because of handling beyond what is necessary to check it, we may deduct that amount from the refund.

4. Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days for a full refund, repair or replacement at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Items we cannot accept back

  • Sealed audio products (e.g. earbuds, headphones) where the seal has been broken, for hygiene reasons.
  • Activated SIM cards and pay-as-you-go top-ups.
  • Items personalised or made to your specification.

Your statutory rights for faulty goods still apply to these items.
